The job which I am currently at was attained thanks to the help of FinancialServicesCrossing.com. It had only been a couple of days since I posted my resume that I started getting phone calls and emails from recruiters. Instead of me going to every recruiter and wasting my time sending out countless number of resumes, this site was able to present my resume to those companies that were currently searching for potential employees. I got hired in less than 3 weeks.

executive jobs

Because I saw that of all levels of professionals, it was executives who seemed to have lost (or maybe they never had it to begin with) their grasp on how to conduct an effective job search and on how to do it in a professional manner. Honestly, I think many of them simply don't take their job search all that seriously. At least, they don't act like they do.

Professionalism...It is quickly becoming a lost art, I'm afraid. From scruffy facial hair to baggy jeans to disastrous cell phone and e-mail etiquette, I'm beginning to think that people view their work environments as nothing more than an extension of their college dorm room.

ExecCrossing.com is absolutely the best job site on the web. They have hundreds of jobs at your fingertips. The best part about it is you can create your resume and when you find a job you want to apply for you just click on "apply online" and consider it done. Another nice feature is you can set up agents that only list the job categories you want to see. That way you don't have to scroll through the entire list of jobs. I have had pretty good success with monster.com. My resume has been viewed many times by employer and I have even received a couple phone calls for an interview. I haven't got a new job yet but I will continue to use this site, so should you!

Employment

Ha! Don't make me laugh. Ok, so perhaps I'm not being fair here because there have been some major strides forwards with regards to equal opportunity employment, but there's still an awful lot of discrimination that goes on regardless.

One of the greatest achievements in recent times was the recognition of woman's pay. It just didn't make sense why a woman who did the same job as a man (often just as good if not better), got paid less money by her employer. How can or could anyone justify such a ludicrous setup? In the UK, there's still a bit of legal wrangling going on over this but it's pretty much sorted out now. To know more you should visit Hound.com
